Psychology - 60 credits
The Psychology Program prepares students for transfer at the junior level into a four-year program in psychology or other mental health programs. The Pre-Psychology program is part of the Mental Health Careers Opportunity Program (MHCOP), a collaboration of Fort Belknap and other Montana tribal colleges with the University of Montana. Created in conjunction with the UM Psychology Department in response to the need for tribal mental health workers, the goal of MHCOP is to train students in a manner consistent with traditional culture, while at the same time meeting the requirements of structured degree programs in mental health.
